Amietophrynus tuberosus is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family. It is found in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, rivers, swamps, and freshwater marshes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
